As we enter December thoughts naturally turn to the festivities that will follow for many of us, however, for some this period is one of isolation and loneliness. This year there are added pressures caused by the cost-of-living crisis which is affecting every part of our lives. So, as the year draws to a close and we consider what 2023 may bring, please make sure that you are kind to yourself, look after those around you and most of all try and have some time away from work, if possible, to rest and recover.
