David Marren, President of the FBCA, has written a letter to members looking back at 2020 and what we can look forward to in 2021.
The year was of course dominated by the pandemic and whilst some of our normal services had to be curtailed or cancelled, such as the Joint Conference, a range of existing and new services have been brought online.
It is clear that 2021 will be a demanding year for Cremation and Burial Authorities and the Federation will be here to continue supporting its members.
