David Marren has been appointed as the Federation President for 2020-21.
Following President Alan Jose, David Marren will continue to build on the work already done by his predecessors, including work on the Compliance Inspection Scheme, focusing on initiatives to reduce the impact of crematoria on the environment, and working with other likeminded organisations.
In his own words, “I look forward to developing this agenda through 2021, the year of COP26 in Glasgow, and COVID permitting meet with many of you.”
