We are pleased to advise that due to the efforts of the TEST Assessors across the country the time frame for on-site practical assessments has returned to pre-Covid levels allowing the practice of issuing provisional certificates to cease, other than in Scotland where these will
continue to be issued until the backlog of Baby and Infant Cremation Module candidates has cleared.
The two-stage Theory and Practical Assessments will remain in place, requiring a candidate to successfully pass their Theory Assessment before being put forward for their Practical Assessment. Candidates have three attempts at the Theory Assessment before failing and being required to re-enrol, for which the full fee will be payable.
