Updated Guidance on Coroner Reports

On Tuesday 1 October 2019, a set of regulations requiring medical practitioners to report certain deaths to the coroner came into force in England and Wales to standardise what is required when reporting a death.

As a consequence of these regulations, guidance to doctors on completing cremation forms has been updated.
